Shipping policy
We usually ship the product within 24 hours after receiving the order. Transit duration is as per shipping method and location. However, shipping may be delayed during acts out of our control, including but not limited to, calamities, weather conditions, festivals or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Prepaid orders will be shipped on priority, with first preference given to them.
- Orders placed before 3 PM on working days will be shipped the same day.
All orders will ship through Bluedart. Shipping is free on all pre-paid orders.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
After placing the order, you can cancel the order before it gets dispatched. If the order is in transit, it is not possible to cancel the same.
We issue refunds for all the above-mentioned scenarios within 3-5 business days on our end post our approval of the refund. Your bank will also take a certain number of business days to process and reflect the refund in your account once initiated on our end.
