Tips to make this stack more effective:-
1. Limit your meals to 2 or 3 max in a day.
2. Do not snack in between.
3. Be more active, keep moving
4. Avoid refined carbs, processed and junk food.
5. Eat more veggies
6. Master your sleep.
7. Increase the fat content in your food. Remember that fat will not make you fat but carbs will.
8. Eat fruits only occasionally and reduce your dependency on grains.
9. After every meal, walk for 400 to 500 steps or go up and down the stairs to give a signal to the brain that calories are meant to be burned and not be stored
