Tips to make this stack more effective:-
- 1. Limit your meals to 2 or 3 max in a day.
- 2. Do not snack in between.
- 3. Be more active, keep moving
- 4. Avoid refined carbs, processed and junk food.
- 5. Eat more veggies
- 6. Master your sleep.
- 7. Increase the fat content in your food. Remember that fat will not make you fat but carbs will.
- 8. Eat fruits only occasionally and reduce your dependency on grains.
- 9. After every meal, walk for 400 to 500 steps or go up and down the stairs to give a signal to the brain that calories are meant to be burned and not be stored.
