Tips to make the stack more effective :-
- 1. Getting into your circadian rhythm ( biological clock) is very important
- 2. Shut off your electronic gadgets at least 45 minutes before your bedtime
- 3. Do not keep things for charging near your bedside
- 4. Avoid LED lights in your bedroom
- 5. Do not stare at your laptop or tablet or smartphone before sleeping
- 6. Shut off wifi in the night
- 7. Your last meal of the day should be at least 3 hours before bedtime
- 8. Avoid heavy carbohydrate intake in the night, your body should focus on sleep and not food digestion.
- 9. Slow inhale and exhale from the nose will help you cool and calm down.
